Our returns acceptance policy is pretty simple:

If you don't like it, send it back!

At BMWonline, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We GUARANTEE an exchange or refund on any product that does not meet with your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days and we will exchange the product or refund your money.

If you would like to return an item, call our customer assistants at 1-888-269-6654 to replace or return any item. Our representatives will cheerfully provide you with a return expediting number to be noted on your return slip for credit. (Here's a printable return form.)

Just take your package to the nearest post office, affix proper postage and your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Please return all items in like-new condition, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and with packing sufficient to prevent damage. Do not use product packaging as shipping packaging. Also, please be sure your return is prepaid and insured for appropriate value
